What is Resume Aggregate Manager (RAM)?

The Resume Aggregate Manager (RAM) is designed to simplify the resume search and sourcing process and has many additional features of efficiency. Candidate sourcing of profiles and resumes from around the web has never been easier. Store resumes in user defined folders, schedule nightly search agents (get to your desk each morning with the best matching resumes from all job boards already on your desk), save letters to send to job seekers (and one click send the letter to all selected), and detailed reports are available to quantify utilization.
The Data Frenzy RAM is a technologically advanced solution to sourcing resumes from multiple internet sites. Here is how it works: You input your resume search criteria on our site and our automated systems access all of the resume databases that you subscribe to, as well as numerous other internet resume sources. All applicable resumes from all sources are retrieved, analyzed by our contextual search algorithm, ranked in order of relevance to your search criteria, and displayed in order of relevance.
Our relevance ranking is a tremendous technological leap forward. Most job boards display resumes in order of the entry date of the resume into their database. With the average resume search returning more than 50 resumes, the very last resume displayed could be the most highly relevant, yet many recruiters do not have the time to view 50 resumes on each job board. As a result, the number of sources is reduced to a manageable number, or not every resume in the result set is viewed. Our Clients immediately review only the most relevant resumes from all sources.
What are the benefits of RAM?
There are several features of the RAM that provide increased functionality and value for our Clients. The keywords input as the search terms are highlighted in bold and red on each resume, providing the ability to quickly scan each document for contextual relevance. The RAM can be integrated with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); with one click resumes can be uploaded to the ATS.

How much does it cost?

- - All clients must read and accept the terms of the RAM User Agreement.
- - It is permitted to share one license amongst several individuals, however the restrictions of the RAM User Agreement are per license.
