Data Frenzy and Monster have formed an alliance to provide our customers with innovative recruiting tools that streamline the candidate sourcing and tracking process. Data Frenzy’s data systems are not fully integrated with Monster to provide real-time job posting and resume searching.

This offers our clients the ability to post jobs directly to Monster without processing delays prevalent with the previous batch system. For resume searching, this integration provides immediate access to search Monster and the formatting of resumes is consistent. “This is something that has been in the works for a long time” says Keith Duarte, President of Data Frenzy “and we are pleased to add Monster to our growing list of real-time integrated job boards.”

Due to the large number of Data Frenzy clients posting jobs and searching resumes on Monster, a migration schedule was developed. For clients who would like to migrate before their scheduled date, contact your Data Frenzy account coordinator.

Data Frenzy has long been recognized as having the most technologically advanced systems as a job distribution company, or job aggregator. The company has been prioritizing the effort to research, configure, deploy and manage new applications from the newest of technologies to create unparalleled job distribution and resume processing software.

"We are constantly releasing new applications and for our clients that we felt the effort to continuously update our website would detract from our technological progression" stated Keith Duarte, President. He continued "but when Adecco, the largest staffing firm in the world, was performing their due diligence in selecting a new vendor, they looked at every facet of our technology and returned to say that Data Frenzy had the most misleading website because, as opposed to our competitors, we severely understated the breadth of our technology." Data Frenzy is now deployed globally as the exclusive job distribution and resume processing vendor for Adecco.

The new Data Frenzy website was designed to better present the company's technology applicable to job distribution and resume processing. The new website not only provides information about the company’s products, but also permits job seekers to quickly research and apply to jobs posted by clients of the company. "Previously we did not publicize our client list primarily to shield it from competitors, however our client list includes some of the largest employers in the country and there is tremendous value in helping job seekers connect with our clients, " says Duarte. And the company continues to release new applications.

Forthcoming announcements are scheduled and will be released to the public on the company’s website.

As a result of the theft of resumes from the Monster resume database, Monster has taken a lead position in educating the industry about the potential for unauthorized database access. And Monster is not just speaking, they are making radical changes to the way legitimate Users access and utilize their resume database. The changes Monster is making will hopefully have a lasting and positive effect for job seekers and the employers who want to hire them.
Data Frenzy is adjusting the RAM software in accordance with the changes Monster is making so that our mutual Clients can access the database in accordance with the newest security features as they are enabled.

Today the CEO of AIRS purchased access to the Data Frenzy Resume Aggregate Manager (RAM) instead of using his own AIRS Oxygen resume retrieval application.
"Looks like he found someone he likes, because he saved a Letter and used the popular One Click Email function to send it to the candidate" says Keith Duarte, President of Data Frenzy. He continues: "AIRS is a good organization, but has always been long on marketing and short on technology. Competition is good for the customer and healthy for our industry, and we welcome his interest in our product. We’ve recently added several large employers as Clients, each of whom has reviewed both products; it was only a matter of time before the AIRS CEO had to see this for himself. Perhaps he’ll add some of our functionality – but the gap between the RAM and AIRS Oxygen will only grow bigger as we continue to keep the RAM on the cusp of technology."
The Data Frenzy RAM simplifies the task of searching multiple resume databases and offers Users the opportunity to drive the efficiencies of resume sourcing while maintaining OFCCP compliance data.

Data Frenzy RAM clients now can limit the daily number of resumes they retrieve from any given site.
This feature is particularly beneficial when accessing sites that charge on a "per view" basis. All previously viewed resumes from each site are searchable with the RAM and NOT charged against the User’s account unless the edit date of the resume has changed
