Team Lead Indrotec is looking for Team Leads to join our team! This position is in Maple Grove, MN and we are looking for strong leaders in the medical device production world! 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attends daily production meetings in order to keep lines of communication open between various departments.
• Run the day-to-day operations of the production team, rally the workers, tests parts per provided instructions and may do final verification on the completed product in a manufacturing environment.
• Plans, organizes, and assigns activities required to complete assembly of parts in their assigned area per production schedule requirements such as quantities and timelines.
• Informs the Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Technologies, and/or Quality Assurance of any discrepancies in part quality, procedures or equipment and personnel issues.
• Trains production staff on the core skills or tasks required for med device reprocessing.

Requirements

• Drug test and background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 or more years of Team Leader experience

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday 4:00am to 2:00pm
